The Terms and Conditions of the IQPari platform define the rights and obligations of both the bookmaker and the clients. From account registration to access to games and a wide range of sports betting, every aspect of IQPari’s business is governed by these rules. Account Management

The IQPari platform does not provide its services to minors. This is prohibited in accordance with the T&C. Users are responsible for ensuring that the services offered by IQPari are legal in their country of residence.

Users are prohibited from transferring or selling their account, as well as any assets associated with it, to others. It’s also the liability of clients to keep their account login details confidential. Other responsibilities include:

  • Do not take part in illegal actions, collusion, fraud;
  • Behave respectfully towards other players.

It’s also important to note that clients are only allowed to have one account on the site. If multiple users live in the same house or use the same IP address, IQPari tech support must be notified in advance. If the fact that one person has several gaming accounts on iqpari.com is discovered, the following actions may be taken:

  • Blocking and closing the account;
  • Cancellation of all bets, bonuses, winnings, etc.;
  • Denial of withdrawal requests.

A user can voluntarily close their account. To do this, it’s necessary to cancel all active bets, and then contact the site support service.

Personal Information

Payouts

Deposits and Withdrawals

Users can deposit money into their gaming account in a variety of ways, including debit/credit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers. Cash or checks are not accepted as deposit methods. Payments received in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the applicable exchange rate. IQPari does not provide credit for the use of its services.

By making a deposit, the usage of bank details or third party accounts is not allowed. 

The platform is authorized to document identity verification when processing deposits. At the first withdrawal, photos of a credit card, bank statement, identification document, etc. will be required. The set of requested data differs for each selected method of deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests are processed only after all wagering requirements are met. Usually it takes about 2 banking days. Only one withdrawal request within 24 hours is allowed.

Promotions

Users can receive information about current promotions through various communication channels. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which the client agrees to in case of participation in it. The Platform may terminate or cancel promo campaigns without prior notice. For violation of the terms and conditions, the user forfeits the right to receive rewards.

Gameplay and System Issues

The IQPari platform is not responsible for downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance affecting gameplay. Refunds in the event of such issues are at the sole discretion of the platform. 

In the event of a casino malfunction, all bets will be void. If a game was started but not completed due to a system failure, the wagered amount shall be refunded. 

IQPari strives to ensure the smooth operation of the site, and if unforeseen problems arise, they’re dealt with accordingly. IQPari is not responsible for inaccurate information due to technical or human error or user’s equipment utilized in promotions.
